"After the course I feel much better prepared to continue on my professional coaching journey"

I have always wanted to be a professional coach. As part of my executive role in the corporate world, I have the opportunity to coach leaders and employees on their journey to professional and personal improvement. This is a part of my role as a Human Resources executive, and the coaching is typically in the moment or as requested to address a personal or team work issue. The feedback I have consistently received over the years has been that I am very effective at coaching, and I have helped others improve at work and in their personal lives. I registered for this course to explore taking this feedback and grow it into a personal business. That way I can help others on a broader scale and not be restricted to the corporation. It would also give me the opportunity to continue my professional career once I leave the corporate environment. The course was very helpful for me. I felt it was structured very well in the three sections, where I was able to gain more clarity about myself, then understand better the exact client and methodology I could use for my particular expertise, then finally begin to understand the business aspects of coaching on my own. After the course I feel much better prepared to continue on my professional coaching journey. Of course I still need to learn, and really need to start actual practice beyond my corporate role. However, the course was very helpful to get be prepared through deeper understanding. I felt the course could have gone deeper into practical coaching techniques, but I suspect this is part of a different course. The course was perfect in length of each section, and the resources provided were excellent. I will gladly recommend this course to others who choose this profession. Thank you!
