I've taken several coaching courses. Most feel like they are only giving a fraction of what you need. You have lots of motivation, but nothing truly concrete, or it's a "one-size-fits-all." This was brilliant. Some motivational mindset content, a great deal of practical content with excellent suggestions for adapting it easily to my own style and my that of my clients'. They also have a ton of resources, worksheets, extra videos and such so that you come out of here feeling like you've taken a course that cost you significantly more! The BEST place to start if you're just beginning your journey as a coach, for sure!
