Neither do I.
Over 26 years ago, a spiritual awakening cracked my world open — born from depression, fear, and the quiet strength of raising a child alone. I had meditated, studied, and gathered wisdom from many teachers like shells along the shore. I came into this program thinking I knew the water.
Mindvalley's Spiritual Mastery Program showed me how vast the ocean truly is.
Among the early teachers, Lee Holden's Qigong felt like coming home to nature itself. After 30 minutes, energy was circulating through my whole being, my lower back pain had softened, and I was left calm, glowing, and whole. Then Dr. Tara Swart guided us through a beautiful exercise — drawing a tree with five branches, each branch holding five more. Simple on the surface, but profound in what it revealed. Looking at that tree, I saw myself clearly — thoughts and relationships that needed cleansing. And by the next day, I was lighter. Free.
And then came Master Shi.
I settled in, fully expecting to sit, breathe, maybe hear some ancient wisdom. Instead — "Get off your chair. We're doing exercises." What I thought would be a few gentle movements turned into a full session on a park field, Master Shi on screen looking straight into the gallery like he could see every single one of us. And the way he looked at us? You straightened up. You did your best. The Master was watching. 😄 By the end I had found my people — the ones in gallery view who, like me, could not hold every pose. It was hard. It was humbling. It was exactly what we needed. I had to take a second shower after that class. 🚿
Then there was Neale Donald Walsch... simply being in his presence felt like sitting inside a prayer. And so many other teachers, each one carrying a unique light and a message the world needs to hear.
And now my life is richer. Fuller. More connected to what truly matters.
This is the time for spirituality. Not tomorrow — now. The world is shifting and it is calling each of us to rise, to heal, to walk in our wholeness. A program like this doesn't just change one life — it starts a ripple that touches every shore.
Peace on Earth begins within.
Mahalo nui loa, Mindvalley. You didn't just teach me — you reminded me who I am.
