I loved this program. For me, I didn't have a major revelation but I have small "a ha" moments. Someone might be telling me about an experience they had and I realize it's because of the negative experience they're still holding onto. I catch myself when I'm being judgmental and am trying to let it go. I'm working on feeling more and thinking and analyzing less. It's about planting seeds. Seeing which ones sprout and nurturing those. Thank you for creating this wonderful program and putting together these amazing speakers.
