"Five months ago, I had stories. Now I have stories that work"

Over the past five months in the Speaking & Influence Mastery, my speaking didn’t just improve… it transformed. When I started, I had experience, stories, intuition, and a strong message, but not a structured, repeatable way to translate all of that into powerful talks. Now I do.

Here’s what changed:

1. Messaging Clarity I created the outline of my signature talk, clarified my core through-line, and learnt how to express my ideas in a way that lands emotionally and logically.

2. Structural Confidence I now have a reliable architecture for any talk, from 3 minutes to 45 minutes. The mindset of always being ready to get on stage. Openings that hook, middles that carry weight, and endings that actually make people feel something.

3. Story Crafting I built a bank of point-stories I can now use anywhere. Five months ago, I had stories. Now I have stories that work.

4. Influence & Story Psychology I gained a much deeper understanding of how people listen, what makes ideas memorable, and how to shape emotional flow without manipulation.

5. Professional Tools I created a polished podcast pitch, speaker bio, the beginnings of a speaker one-sheet, and built a clear catalogue of topics that represent who I am as a speaker.

6. Real-World Testing I attended Speaking Academy, I practised live, and I pushed myself with real feedback, real vulnerability, and real growth moments. My 3-minute talk on guilt got rebuilt into something punchy, logical, and moving.

The bottom line: Five months ago, I was a speaker with a (not always clear) message, still sometimes afraid to get on stage. Today, I’m a speaker with a message, a structure, a system, and the confidence to actually influence a room.
