Before the program, I was passionate about my mission but lacked a clear social media strategy. I knew Muskoka Puppy Yoga brought joy and healing, but I struggled to translate that into content that resonated. My posts were inconsistent, my audience was small, and I was not fully leveraging social media to grow my business or impact.

Thanks to the program, I learned the psychology of viral storytelling, engagement strategies, and how to turn views into a thriving community. I applied these lessons immediately, and the results were transformational. • Instagram grew from 1,000 to 127,000 followers, increasing reach from 40,000 to 30 million in one year. • TikTok grew from 25,000 to 92,000 followers, with post views increasing from 241,000 to 99 million in one year. • I created my YouTube channel during the program and now have 55,000 subscribers and 20 million views. I became eligible for monetization in February and will receive my first payment this month. • My Facebook page expanded to 76,000 followers, further increasing engagement and reach.

My viral content led to sold-out classes in multiple cities in Canada, Florida, Las Vegas, and beyond, proving the real-world impact of my digital presence. More than that, I have built a global community, people who may never physically attend a class but still experience joy through my content.

And now, my life is completely transformed. I have stepped into public speaking engagements, sharing my journey of PTSD, burnout, and resilience to help others. I co-authored a collaborative book with 12 women and am now writing my full memoir, using my voice to inspire beyond social media.
