RTT sessions are my favourite part of the quest and are really effective in shifting your mindset. They are like a little retreat during the day - they fill me with positive energy and have a calming effect.
The results I'm noticing in only a few weeks of practice are improved confidence at work and everyday life, being more peaceful and having better, more harmonic relationships.
I also love the support of amazing FB Group which gives me a feeling of community, security and support of like-minded people. It helped me move on with the program and gave me ideas.
I'm really glad I joined this quest and recommend it to everyone who wants to improve their life.
