I did the initial session, to open myself, to make myself more confident and the RTT session actually helped me to become calmer and to pick myself up and make some minor changes in my daily routine so that I feel productive and in effect better.
After that, I had joined the Class - Uncompromised life and the bonus classes to have a better deeper sleep. they actually helped me for the past 2 days to have a more pleasant and refreshing sleep. So I'm now eager to know more about how I can change myself to be a better person.
