So far it’s only day 1 of week 1, but I’m applying the tools already in my areas of my mind that continually challenge me and my emotions. Today’s practice and live class really gave me some clarity of how easy it is to make a choice to change my thinking. It’s a little embarrassing to know how many road blocks I Created and obstacles I placed in my way that made it feel so difficult to change. My day has been something out of the ordinary already and I’ve had a chance to re listen and do the weeks Lesson of THT homework 2 times already today and I’m feeling a lot more inner peace and energy already. I’m enjoying how much ease it is to add this Course into my lifestyle.
