Before the lockdown I was really struggling with my life in general. I had depression and anxiety triggered by a horrible insomnia. I was working somewhere that exploited me and I was transformed in this robot who only work. During lockdown I discovered Mindvalley and I started to watch and listening to the videos. That opens my mind and eyes and I decided I can't come back to my old paradigm. My company is going to make everyone redundant, so in my case I am glad because I will finally have time for me, to think, to rest, to discover what I really want from life. I hope this course will help me to brake all this all blocks that keep me down, and make me discover my new me.
