I have since signed up for the All access because I found more programs that will help me carry on in my journey of personal growth. Thank you Marissa, the RTHA tribe and I thank myself for believing that I am worthy of the investment and love. Just a tip for anyone who feels like they cannot commit and be consistent, I started a routine I like to call the 7-8-9 routine. Wake up at 7am - make your bed immediately, freshen up, dress up, show up (or add a workout in between), 8am - Do your RTHA session and the actions of the day, 9am - have your breakfast. I know it sounds luxurious in time but within 2 hours you would have completed 4 tasks of the day.
It feels good and sets the tone for the rest of the day. Of course, you can do it whatever time you want completely up to you.
