Before the program I had a belief which was forced on me in my childhood like - I can not be a good son - I can not remain hungry for a long time - I can not study long hours - I am not supposed to see TV - If I do something wrong what people will say to me and My Family.
During the program, I analyzed my old believes and started removing the belief which is no more required or has a negative impact
Today I question myself for the anything that I have to believe the situation with what I can create change in the situation to make a more positive approach
