After taking this quest I have the tools to change my life, I feel more happy, self-confident and positive about how to live in a way that is personally nurturing and therefore more able to give freely to the ones I love. The reason I enrolled onto the quest is that I felt at a crossroads in my life and knew this was an amazing opportunity to change my story.
I would definitely recommend this course, Marisa Peer is inspirational and I feel deeply supported by the process.

1st What I say to myself will become my reality. This to me is the greatest insight, I have heard it said before but the way that Marisa explains it makes it so much more accessible, I don’t have to worry about what is in my current reality, I can create a new one just by changing the story in my head.
2nd I have released myself from my past trauma and am moving on freely in delight.
3rd Only I can truly love myself in the way that I want to be loved and that makes me more free in my relationships. In inhabiting these new states of being I have already changed my life. Thank you Marisa, you are fabulous!
