I received more clarity from the 1:1 coaching call. I realized I wasn't daring to set a smart goal because I was afraid of not being able to accomplish it, but once I was helped in seeing my goal from a different perspective, things changed for me. The questions I was asked guided me to picture my next steps and communicate them to my partners.
The group call brought connection and a sense of being supported and appreciated. It felt soothing and encouraging to be in a group of people going on a similar path and working on similar goals, and I am grateful to all of them!
