My goal was to find a process of meditation that I could easily achieve and this does it for me. The main improvement is just the feeling of complete happiness and giddiness for the possibilities.
I seem to be able to get to a meditative state more easily. I like the simplicity of getting into that state whereas before I seemed to struggle on days and my mind would wander and I could never clear the thoughts.
I like that, no, I LOVE that I feel so good and so happy after such a brief time in meditation. My Inner Being tells me by the tickle in my stomach which for me means, “Yes! This is good! We are right here with you!”
Burt Goldman is expert in so many fields and I know that he can take me where I am wanting to go at any given moment.
This is an awesome process and I am truly enjoying it and telling others about it. I am truly impressed and awestruck with Jumping. It is so easy and fun! It is FUN!
