Within the past two years before joining this program, I was a caregiver for my long time roommate who, after months of suffering, passed away from Brain cancer. Then I spent another two years in the deepest grief. So I was sort of floundering, though I am a strong person. I have worked as a licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist and have known self-hypnosis and meditation since childhood. As an author, among other books, I have previously written an Amazon International Bestseller on these topics and now writing Volume 2. But I was still floundering when I signed up for Mindvalley. Thanks to learning quantum jumping, something similar to what I have taught, I have been able to calm down and focus, and get back into a regular practice. Since joining, I am learning much more about regaining my self-control simply by practicing quantum jumping. I have practiced jumping on my own and find I can address many issues that I face now. I'm waiting for some issues to come to fruition but am much more calm. Mindvalley has reminded me of my own capabilities. Now I look forward to taking them so much further.
