"Really elevated my performance"

After being forced to work from home for weeks, my willpower and focus weakened. I was barely doing any work during work hours, felt anxious about not doing my job, and yet kept to my distractions, not because I wanted to, but because it was something to do while I wasn't feeling energized or focused. The program was gradually giving a perspective on my current state of being, allowing me to assess it, find what was the biggest problem and tweak things so that I'm more productive. Some tools were familiar and already in use, but others really elevated my performance and allowed me to feel great both about work time and off time, which is indispensable, especially when both are done in the same environment.
