"I found this quest particularly useful"

I had been taking so many training before on how to make the best use of my walking time, and found this quest particularly useful, to start it only took a few minutes to learn the guidelines and then I was motivated to execute.
My email inbox tend to have thousands of emails, I promise myself to keep it either blank or no more than four emails at the end of the day, after the Quest I feel more motivated and committed to keep it that way.
My top 3 takeaways after this Quest is that I must keep myself committed to fulfill my promise to use my most precious resources, which is my time, awareness is key to keep executing and that procrastination well manage could be useful for me as well.
Here is the picture of one of my inbox, I decided to use this landscape with the purpose of being able to see the water all the time.
