"I can say that in the last 3 days I accomplished the same progress that before it took me a week"

I'm at the forth year of high school and 9 months ago I fell in love with programming. 
Since then I started developing a project I'm still working on. But I went so deep in the project that I started to work too much and I also have to study for school. 
Thus 9 days ago my brain said stop to me and I practically slept for 1.5 days. After that, I knew my method was wrong and I found this mini Quest. 
I took it and thanks to Jason I'm now able to manage tasks, breaks and time in a very efficient way. 
Plus, He helped me reorganize my work environment. 
Finally, I can say that in the last 3 days I accomplished the same progress that before it took me a week.
