"The photography is about capturing energy"

The biggest thing I learnt in this quest is that photography is about capturing energy, not just what you wear and how you pose (though those things are covered too). This allowed me to be myself in front of the camera, and the results have been phenomenal. I have gone from being someone who believed the camera would always be unkind to me, to being relaxed and in flow—actually enjoying myself—during the shoot.
