"One huge benefit that came out from this quest is the mobility of my arm"
I first encountered Qi Gong at a Mindfulnes conference I attended. That was 2 years ago. It began to interest me after a few short practices. So when I saw the quest I knew I have to do it. A newbie in the practice I entered the quest knowing only, that I want to know, and do, more. And this 30 days long journey was amazing! I loved every part of it. I repeated the sessions once more in the woods and I was looking forward to doing Qi Gong every morning. Lee's way of showing the exercises is so easy to understand and mimic that it gives you additional boost and motivation. You can see that everybody can do it. Everybody! One huge benefit that came out from this quest is the mobility of my arm. I had a major surgery done in my chest and arm area and my arm was not as mobile as it should be. It also hurt a lot while stretching it over the head or backwards. After 2 weeks of doing Qi Gong I woke up in the morning and streched the body as I used to, before the operation. At that moment I just started smiling and thanked a 1000 times, that I have met Qi Gong. Today my arm moves almost as it used to. And it has been only a month and a half of doing the practice. I recommend this moving meditation to everyone. You will love it!
