Originally, I got involved with nutrition and microbiome because of my mother’s illness from cancer. My goal was to help alleviate her suffering as she struggled with the disease. And nutrition and supplements played a big role in helping her manage the pain and symptoms of cancer treatments.
Also, this was a big wake-up call for me to watch my health and focus on prevention.
As I kept learning and researching health optimization and prevention, I came across the Viome coaching program and decided to pursue the course.
When I did my Viome test and got the results, it was an opener to see my health scores. Several areas needed improvement.
With the tools and knowledge from the Viome that I have, now I am on a mission to improve and optimize my health.
