My curiosity about precision nutrition started in 2010 when I started to experience pain that fluctuates from acute to mild constantly. Several tests were conducted with no conclusive diagnosis. Relief came when I started to do an elimination diet, I started with fasting, then followed with monitoring what I ate for two weeks. This process saved my life.
