I quit 6 years ago from a successful workaholic corporate life, realizing that I wanted more from life.
Started with one program of Mindvalley and then signed up for the Membership and have been a subscriber for more than 5 years now....Here began a health journey unconsciously, whilst taking care of my father who was bed ridden with dementia, wanting to have a better ending to life than what I saw unfolding for him. Came across Naveen Jain in one of Vishen's podcast and was completely fascinated with the concept of Viome. Of course, signing up for the program was a no-brainer as I wanted to know more about the gut and relationship of food with the body. And here I am, post the program, knowing that there is so much more to learn and this is just the beginning. And so happy that I'm on the Mindvalley platform which helps satiate my endless thirst for knowledge.
