I had juvenile rheumatoid arthritis since I was three years old. I have Hashimoto's disease, and I guess those were my biggest concerns. So I did Viome- I did the test, which was pretty simple and I got my results to be well sort of to get going. The results can be a lot of change if you're not used to that kind of thing and I decided to go slow.
So I added a few things at a time. I started with my super foods and my indulge foods and then I slowly worked up to pretty much doing all of their recommendations.
Within the first two weeks, I noticed that my sleep had been bad for as long as I can remember, had started to improve, or I was getting seven and a half and even eight hours of sleep at night and it was good sleep, I felt good and I woke up. I noticed that I was dreaming and dreaming better if that makes sense.
And then I noticed that my joints, which always had some swelling, started to be less swollen. And the best news was when I went to see my doctor for bloodwork done, and they've started to lower my medications for Hashimoto's because my numbers aren't that great. And that's only been since May, and it's now August.
So I'm very happy with the results. I am following the diet. I do travel sometimes, I can't eat exactly the diet and I decided that I couldn't worry about that.
But it seems to be working out once you get used to the food. They're all good foods that you're eating. They make it simple enough that you can pretty much find things to eat no matter where you go.
So I've been very happy with my results. I can't wait to actually get to a six-mont point and to get to a year point to see hope that my results are going to be so thank you Viome, I appreciate it.
