Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes is my attentiveness to what I purchase from the grocery stores (reading all labels! I learned I need to stay away from gluten, sugar, honey, lemon, limes, tomatoes, ahi 😭) & restaurants & how much more of my life is now spent in the kitchen preparing ALMOST ALL of my healthy & yummy meals❣️👍🥰 

In the past, (This is embarrassing … I loved sugar & junk foods!), I was sooo busy that I bought/ picked up almost all of my meals from takeout/drive thru restaurants. Hardly ever cooked! Now the tables have flipped 180°❣️ 🙏💖🤗
