Before this journey, I never thought I could be a coach, especially as a 2-year-old adult (22 years old)!

Yet, thanks to this program, I've realized that it's my vocation!! I had the pleasure and honor of coaching a few peers, one of whom has already been a health coach for some years. I discovered that I am already a skilled coach who can empathetically and intuitively ask the right questions to have the coachee achieve lasting transformation. This is thanks to the tools I learned in the program.

Now that I have embraced the identity of a Precision Nutrition Coach, I feel empowered to help people take back control of their lives!
