Before I started this program I was semi-retired, working for my wife, and at a loose end. I previously had a catering business and food has been a big part of my life. After closing the business (post-COVID) I was very much at what I thought was a dead end. I love interacting with people and found that being a stay-at-home husband was having an impact on my mental health, lifestyle, and general health.
I started this program due to a long-term illness I have had and it was supposed to be for me. I had no intention of being a coach thought it would help with understanding my health issues.
Now I have completed this program, not only do I feel better about my health, but I also have been able to use the coaching sessions and material on myself. I feel better in understanding where I am and where I want to be. I am now embarking on something I enjoy and this program has opened up avenues for me to work with others and help them.
