"It's an education of the heart"

This is my 4th Mindvalley event. And what brings me back each time is the atmosphere. I love the people. And I love the whole idea that people come to these events to learn stuff that's not just about the brain, but also about the heart. So it's an education of the heart. And I love being around people who are interested in that kind of learning.

I really enjoy speaking at Mindvalley events because the audience is really receptive. And they asked very perceptive questions, their questions always come from a very practical point of view, like they're really trying out these different techniques, and they want to go deeper. So the questions are very meaningful, and it makes me learn more within myself as well as helping others.

I think Mindvalley events are really transformational, because people come to learn stuff, and they put the effort into attending these classes, attending the different workshops, they want to learn. And then they put those techniques into practice - this is what transforms a person.

If somebody wants to come to a Mindvalley event, my advice to them is: just go! Just go there and have an open heart and see what you learn. And also, you will meet a lot of people and you will make a lot of friends. So go there expecting to make a lot of friends!
