Mindvalley events are definitely transformational. 
You can see it when you come in and then at the end of the event you see people: their light is back on, their hearts are open, their eyes are shining. They have again, so much passion so much enthusiasm to go back into the world, to whatever they are doing. 

So it definitely empowers you. 

But at the same time, it brings you back to your heart, because being in a Mindvalley event, and being in that moment of joy and heart and passion with other people that are like you, just gives you a boost of energy to go back in your own life.
