"I released 15 kilograms and ended a toxic marriage in 15 days"

The reason I decided to come to Mindvalley University was because I really needed a whole life reset. I was overweight and felt toxic in my spirit, mind, and body.

Within these past 15 days, I chose to do a water fast and released 15 kilograms, while also leveling up emotionally and spiritually. I also decided to end a toxic marriage during this time. When I say reset, I mean in every area of life: reset and up-level.

Being around people who are living examples of success, wholeness, and mindfulness is truly priceless. You really can’t put a price on that. If someone is considering coming to Mindvalley, it’s just a matter of making the decision to do it.
