Mindvalley U has completely blown my mind. In the past, I always attended events with a clear intention—whether it was to meet business partners or achieve a specific goal. This time, I came without any expectations, and that made all the difference.

It's completely normal for someone to tell you, "I can see your third eye opening," or "You're glowing." Things people would never say in everyday life because they hold back.

The speakers have also been incredible. During Regan's manifestation meditation, I experienced something I've never felt before. I felt so light, yet at the same time deeply grounded. I also realized things about myself that I had never seen before, and that's rare because I'm already very self-reflective.
