"One of the things I've loved most here is stepping outside my comfort zone"

I'm here at Mindvalley University, and I'm really enjoying the experience because you connect with so many different kinds of people and hear stories that are truly inspirational.
Listening to those stories makes you realize that you can do it as well. It gives you the confidence to believe that everything is possible when you commit to it.
One of the things I've loved most is stepping outside my comfort zone. Even activities that wouldn't normally be for me, like the dancing workshops, became opportunities to try something new.
Sometimes we naturally choose what's comfortable, but often it's the things outside our comfort zone that we need the most. That's what makes this experience so valuable.
