I'm grateful to be here at Mindvalley. It feels like a huge collision of minds, exploring where we are as humans today: both in our biological expression and our spiritual expression.

It's been a real honor to be among an audience vibrating at such a high frequency as we reflect on this extraordinary moment in history. We are facing the sorrow and suffering we've created for humankind and for the Earth, while also asking what it will take to move through it and perhaps allow only our inhumanity to go extinct as we find a new expression of what it means to be human.

When I'm at my best, I don't feel like I'm speaking at all—I feel like I'm listening. It has been a blessing to listen to this audience and to this group of humans creating a collective intelligence as we come together and explore new ways of connecting beyond the limitations of spoken words that have so often separated us from nature.

I hope that I came here and listened well to all of you.
