Although a lot of the sessions impressed me, the one that really blew me away was the session by Nir Eyal on being distracted. Sitting in front of a computer throughout the workday as well as on weekends, I always struggled to complete the work in front of me and was always drawn to the continuous barrage of emails and messages that distracted me from my work. Or at least that's what I thought until i attended the session by Nir.
Understanding that the root of the distraction was probably not an external trigger but an internal trigger was an eye-opener. His session was really powerful and the learnings were amazing. This was the session where I immediately ordered his book 'INDISTRACTABLE' as soon as the session ended and currently am reading the same with the faith that I will definitely improve my approach to work and personal life with more traction on the task at hand.
