"The program taught me mainly about myself, how I connect with other people"

The program taught me mainly about myself, how I connect with other people and how I can use my voice to speak my truth. I think my connection with my girlfriend has improved greatly thanks to that, because I now try to take difficult matters to discussion, instead of putting them away. She’s also very happy about the program, and finding it very helpful that we’re talking more than before. That has been really wonderful.
