"I would recommend the content to other classes and to other schools"

The purpose of the program we took was to develop our self-confidence and our strengthen self-esteem. Additionally, we learned about planning and visualizing our days.

I liked the Quest structure, as all the concepts are broken down into activities, and the lessons only take 20 minutes a day, which makes it easily digestible.
The Quest content is also easy to understand. The language used is friendly and simple, which helps in case you are not a native-English speaker, such as myself.

My favorite thing was to learn about visualizing my day since I wake up in the morning. I have seen positive changes since I started doing this; I feel like I have more energy now and visualizing my day really gives me something to look forward to. I also feel more positive after taking part in this program. I would recommend the content to other classes and to other schools. It taught me valuable things, and I am sure others could learn from it too.

"The quest changed the way I read, I became much faster, I started to pick up the information more effectively."

I have dyslexia, which means I am a slow reader and writer. It has always taken longer for me to learn how to do things for school. I never learnt how to read quickly, so as a child I usually learnt texts by heart so I could “read” them without looking at the pages. The quest changed the way ...
