I've had 3 calls with Coach Kar Fei so far, & have found him to be clear-thinking, firm but encouraging, & action-focused. He's a good listener, able to concisely summarize our conversation to support me in taking small steps towards my goals. On our most recent call (yesterday), I felt especially aligned with his coaching approach (as one of the trained Lifebook coaches) as I had just completed Lifebook Online & enrolled in Lifebook Membership & Mastery. Going forward, I'm excited that we will be on the same page taking the Lifebook approach to implementing/executing my overall life vision. Kar Fei has led our group in two group calls so far. He has shared a couple of useful tools to help us get more clarity on who we are & also future-pacing us for where we want to go & who we want to be in our personal visions..
