Lisa Wong is exceptional. In my most recent session, I was struggling from the effects of a lockdown and feeling anger and lack of motivation. By the end I felt at peace and had clarity and beautiful wisdom to guide me through this difficult time. Lisa listens and speaks to my most immediate needs. I also love her visualisation techniques which are uplifting and change my attitudes for the better.
It was great to meet other coachees and see the collective wisdom of the group. Some people were so intuitive and insightful and it was inspiring for me to keep going on my own path.
