I found Mindvalley when I was at a point in my life when I probably needed help the most. I was working as a sales manager in a logistics company and practically lived just for my job. In order to be even more efficiently, I have completely „styled" everything in my life - both professionally and privately.
There was no room for "irregularities", no room for new things, new people and eventually no room for ME! I did not feel myself anymore, I had the feeling of not being in my body anymore. I suddenly developed food allergies, had an inflamed stomach, and one Monday morning on my way to work I had a car accident and hit a tree...
It was clear that something was wrong here. Fortunately, I had only suspected broken ribs while the car was a total loss. And yet, this event was just a warning shot. After 2 days I went back to work. And because I still „worked", I got from my employer … ...the double sales area and the double responsibility. While my body rebelled more and more and I was unhappy with my overall situation …. I realized - THINGS MUST CHANGE.
Looking for answers to the questions "Who am I?" "What controls me?" "What am I here for?" „What do I really want?" - I tried a lot. In the abundance of choices, I was eventually overwhelmed by the many information from all the newsletters that I had subscribed to. I discovered Mindvalley on Facebook and was thrilled with Vishen's contributions. He is authentic, has great ideas and best of all, he bundled the knowledge of the experts and the topics that interested me the most. His contributions and depictions from different viewpoints are inspiring and have motivated me not only to find my own way but to define it clearly.
I have already learned a lot just from the different masterclasses. However, the Lifebook Quest followed by the online course was outstanding. It's awesome how skillfully this program has brought me back to myself by finding my own answers to vital questions that I did not ask myself before.
The interrelations of body, mind, and soul have fascinated me so much that I have studied them in different ways and become an expert in the field myself. I have left my employer and made it my life's work to help people to experience a better quality of life.
