I have followed Mindvalley for about 5 years now and since I have started my journey of personal improvement and self-growth 5 years ago it has improved my life tremendously.
Before I started, I had anxiety, depression, anger issues, stress issues, and sleep problems. I would lay in bed for hours before finally falling asleep.
With my meditation practice, I have resolved most of these issues. Now I am asleep within minutes of laying my head on my pillow. I still have a little anxiety but as I continue to grow that is lessening day by day.
The other issues depression, anger issues, stress, and sleep problems are nonexistent.
And I have one organization to thank for that...Mindvalley.
During those five years, I had setbacks that will happen in personal growth. Mine was the death of my adopted mother and 2 of my brothers in that five-year span. I did not want to continue spiraling downward afterward so the main thing was that I get back on point after my mourning period and continue with my growth and development.
Since my transformation, I have started a meditation group at work. It has 25 members
and we practice our meditation every workday during lunch.
I feel that I have accomplished a lot however I feel I need to do something more.
In life, you don’t always find yourself right away.
Me, I am 54, and with the help of Mindvalley, I finally think I have found my true calling.
I have been a member of Mindvalley Tribe for a month now. I feel I need to pay back somehow or in some way. Better yet, I need to Pay It Forward. That said, if in some way I can help any of you, I am here.
