Mindvalley Mentoring

“It is something that I look forward to in the morning or after a long day before going to bed”

I really like the Consciousness Engineering program’s variety of topics and experts interviewed. There is something for everyone and I myself have listened to at least four or five and have found them very well done and insightful. I like that there is a formula to each of the interviews and that you get a “gift” of a meditation or a nugget of really great insight or information in each one. All the one’s I have listened to have either validated my own beliefs or taught me a new way to look at my life, blocks, limiting beliefs or meditation. It is something that I look forward to in the morning or after a long day before going to bed.
