"Two years ago, I didn't expect how much my life would change"

I have been to several Mindvalley events in recent months:

In 2021 at the meet up in Berlin; in 2022 at the MVU, at the event in Berlin and Paris and in 2023 in Dubai.

Each one has been unique.

I always find it impressive to convey so much knowledge on a weekend and in a few hours, so many given impressions and how deep connections are made.

Meeting people who have the same mindset, and exchanging and making friends with them is something that changes the whole life.

The event in Dubai was a perfect example of this and was - suitable for the city - an upgrade to the previous weekends.

The speakers address everyone and all sessions indirectly build on each other in such a way that the insights and messages are put together for everyone personally like a puzzle.

Whether Vishen, Kristina, Doctor Shefali, Jim Kwik, Lisa Nicols, Marisa Peer or the more locally known speakers - everyone inspires in their own way with humor, appreciation and the joy of sharing this.

The courses are already awesome, but seeing these people on stage and behind them and feeling the energy is unforgettable.

In addition to all the lectures, meet ups, reunion with friends, I have collected 5 insights in particular.

- Mindvalley is not just talking about wanting to make the world a better place. The company actively advocates and rewards those who do so. I am absolutely impressed by Maria Dutti, her commitment and the performance.

- Meeting people who have the same mindset is like finding your soul family. Priceless.

- We are all united and connected in energy. Completely independent of the country or language we grew up with, what color our skin is or what religion we belong to. Whether Europe, Asia, Africa or America. I love that because those limits are like brules. 

- We are never alone. Even if miles separate us, unique connections have been created here: whether it is about cooperation, friendship, undertakings, joint growth or found love.

- Everything is possible. Therefore, I think Dubai is perfect as the conclusion of this "event series." A few years ago there was almost nothing here and within a few years this desert village has turned into one of the most impressive cities in the world. A wide variety of people from all over the world are drawn to Dubai and all these people create great things together.

A year ago, I didn't expect the life that I was allowed to lead so happily in recent months.

Two years ago, I didn't expect how much my life would change.

I am sure that I have become an even more open person, become even more positive, even more and even more active into self-responsibility, have become a better and even more understanding mother and friend.
 I feel so blessed every upcoming day and celebrate gratitude for every connection I made… and will make in the future.
