Yes! YES Mindvalley! The buzz of energy from my first live event with Mindvalley resides within me and reminds me daily that who I am is enough, that I've always been enough, that all I truly need is within me.
I didn't always know these things. I was blind to my greatness. I doubted myself and played small, so others could shine, keeping me in the shadows, while all I really wanted was to be me.
Then, in 2014 I stumbled onto Mindvalley through the Internet. The programs were diverse, empowering and affordable. I felt hopeful that there was a community of others just like me. I was not alone.
This Mindvalley event was everything I hoped it would be and more than I could imagine. I came to the event by myself believing all 800+ attendees wanted to be my friend. Now I have met friends from Libya, Venezuela, Curacao, Nigeria, South Africa, just to name a few internationally, as well as the U.S, Out of 800+ people, I hooked up with two friends who live locally in San Diego just minutes from my sister's neighborhood! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Vishen, from the bottom of my heart!

The energy of the whole weekend was magical and, for me, the magic began back in May at the completion of the quest, Unlocking Transcendence, with Jeffrey Allen, known as 'The Healer's Healer', Voices rose up from the desire of the UT Tribe to keep in touch and somehow, somewhere be able to meet face to face. Vishen tantalized this community with the possibility of meeting in San Diego, CA in August. I said Yes! YES! While it wasn't official and there was no agenda, I immediately wrote to Jeffrey Allen and invited him to do one more thing for me, which was to "come to San Diego in August. Ask Vishen about this!" The magic happened. Jeffrey came from Tokyo, Japan and graciously posed with me in a photo I cherish. I love you and your energy, Jeffrey Allen!
It is hard to believe that I came away more energized at the end of three full days than when I arrived.
It was three full days (including the phenomenal Yes! YES! woman, Lisa Nichols) of speakers and teachers who made my heart pound, brought tears to my eyes and gave me a reason to laugh uncontrollably, intermingled with applied learning exercises, Zumba and an evening of 'dancing with the stars' of this event, which, of course, means all of us collectively.

On Sunday morning as I was shuffling through the crowd towards the doors to the conference room, my eyes locked with those of none other than the A-a-a-mazing Donna Eden. She was my newest interest in "energy healing". I had never met her before, yet she reached out and embraced me and kissed me on my cheek as if I were her long lost friend! OMG I can still feel her energy! I was so-o-o excited and thrilled to meet her personally. She resonates pure JOY. Since embarking on my journey to understand the energy world, my greatest realization has been how much empowerment I have, we all have, to create the life I want to live. That the answers are not 'out there' but rather within me. That I have choices and how important it is to love myself because I am my rescue! That I can easily and quickly access the knowledge I need if only I am willing to trust myself and practice the teachings That while I must do the work in order for the magic to happen, I am not alone and can be supported by other Souls..
I came away from the Mindvalley Reunion filled with sustaining energy, blessed with the beginnings of beautiful new friendships, and grateful to be part of the Mindvalley Tribe. For anyone who wants to be A-a-a-mazed! Thrilled! Excited! come join our community. It is impossible to come away from a Mindvalley experience unchanged!
