I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the Mindvalley Live event in Dubai, held on February 25th and 26th, 2023 at the Festival Arena. And let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing!
First of all, a big shoutout to Olla Abbas for bringing Mindvalley to Dubai and curating an incredible agenda for the two-day event. The event was transformational, and I am so grateful to have been a part of it.
One of the most touching moments of the event was hearing the stories of Ronan, followed by the story of Maria Conceicao. Maria's story in particular was like a huge soul slap, a reminder of why we truly are here on this planet living these lives. Her dedication to help children by putting herself and her body through those intense activities was deeply moving, it left a lasting impact on me.
But the real magic of the event happened when I started applying the techniques that were shared by the speakers. In particular, Marisa Peer's techniques for healing and Christie Marie Sheldon's lofty questions have been a game-changer for me. I've been struggling with lactose intolerance for years, but after applying Marisa's techniques, I'm already seeing amazing results. It's incredible how much of a difference these techniques can make when you apply them consistently. And I found myself repeating lofty questions while in bed as I drifted into sleep and the moment I woke up. I believe, Vishen would say that those are the best times to repeat such powerful questions.
And let's talk about the grand finale of the event - Lisa Nichols. She was simply amazing! Her words of wisdom resonated with me so deeply that I left the event feeling like a completely different person. I shed my scared and small self in that Arena and walked out embodying a more courageous and confident version of myself. It was truly the best way to end the event, and I am so grateful for the experience.
Mindvalley Live in Dubai 2023 was a life-changing experience that I will never forget. It wasn't just those 2 days! We started getting in the vibes in the previous weeks and continued the discussions and sharing the insights during the following weeks during the many, many meetups organized throughout Dubai. I am so grateful to have been a part of it all!
