Hello Vishen, and the Mindvalley family,
 It is morning here in beautiful Nairobi Kenya (where I ask the lofty question 'WHY DID VISHEN CHOOSE NAIROBI KENYA FOR THIS AMAZING FEST?). 

Allow me to start with our amazing on-fire moderator/MC KASON GOLDBERG. He kept the fire going and did not bore. Kudos to him he did an amazing job in keeping us fired up.

10 LOFTY QUESTIONS
 I guess you can already tell one of my amazing take home. The Lofty questions of course. This has been mind-blowing for me and I have already shared it with most of my friends and family. It is magical.

2). More than anything for me were the phrases. "IT IS NOT, ARE YOU WORTHY OF YOUR GOALS BUT, ARE YOUR GOALS WORTHY OF YOU" OOOOO this was a total mindset for me. Never looked at life that way and here this question pops up and I have to look at things differently now. Am I worthy? Talk about a loaded gun! This was from your first presentation No. 3 Recording the Inner Word. 
 Your first presentation for me was powerful. 
 I also had an inner awakening in number 4 (four) The Unity Principal - BECOMING EXTRA-ORDINARY. This I felt opened me up to all the limitless qualities that I have available to me.

3). Marisa Peers one of my super gurus, what stood out for me were the three questions: 1). What do I require for myself? 2). What I insist on myself and 3). What I am giving to myself? These powerful questions are stopping me in my tracks to think twice about the things I think to do.

All the speakers were so amazing I could write pages on all of them. Shefali on parenting and the ego. I always thought I was an amazing parent and grandma but the Ego that caused me to backtrack on my self-righteousness😄..

Ronan Diego, the statement 'my body is not a means of transportation waaa that made me take an honest look at myself and see how I actually see myself. The reminder of what my food is. It is a spiritual fellowship. Being mindful, being aware of everything on my plate. I know I pray for all from the animal that gave up its life for the meat on my plate to everyone who was involved and up to when the meat landed on my plate. But the fact of transportation was a new and beautiful revelation..

The visitors we had, the curtain raiser performances. my favourite was Mel Seme. All so amazing. Sara Al Mandani Awaken your Unstoppable and Step into Your Greatness! I loved her story of finding herself and what a session with Marissa did for her. Just reminded me about the power of the Mind!! Dutti for me was the highlight with the 600 children. Oh my word!!! What a heart. This is what I took home with me about PASSION. What she did for the passion that was the children and what she continues to do. I thought I was doing much for the families in the slums in my country, but, I realize I can do so much more. I wait to make money but I realize that once I set the intention then the HOW and WHAT will fall into place.

Another moment for me was also about building my ATTENTION MUSCLE. I am a therapist but I find that my mind does tend to wander. This was amazing because of the phrase from Jim Kwik that 'we miss a lot in life because we are not present'. I am intentionally and deliberately practicing being present even with my children and grandchildren.

Basically what I am saying is that the nuggets that I received, are amazing and of course Lisa Nichols...THIS IS MY TIME. INDEED it is my time. I stopped being on the sidelines and joined MindValley and I am already on three quests. That is how on 🔥 fire I am and I can tell you I see the transformation in me and I feel it in my body.

Vishen, THANK YOU for starting Mindvalley and for bringing it closer home to Dubai. I know I will see you here in NAIROBI KENYA soon. So many are waiting, Once again my experience was amazing and I can't wait for the next but more to seeing this amazing team here in Kenya.
