The cool thing here is that the speakers, and the audience kind of merge. You've got audience members, giving talks, and Tribe members, running workshops. So that kind of boundaries between the person on stage and the people off stage blur, and I really liked that because you get that deep sense of community and you never know who you're speaking to. And it doesn't matter, right? Everyone's human so you get that deep human connection here.
