I went to Paul McKenna's five-hour session and it was amazing because I have never been to a hypnotherapist, and he did some really cool techniques on the guests as well. I left a lot more in content with myself. 

So for me, Mindvalley is a transformational community, a transformational University. Mindvalley courses have had a great impact on me as well. I have done different courses like Course Pro, Be Extraordinary. I'm also a Certified HoloBody coach, and they all gave me the knowledge to be better in my life.
