Wow, what a journey these last 4 months have been!

Wow, what a journey these last 4 months have been! I have just received my final certification, and I feel a surge of joy! This course by far exceeded my expectations...not only did it give me the chance to discover talents I did not know I had, but I have to say the content was just so inspiring, and easy to follow, with some very practical tools giving us the chance to really structure coaching sessions in a powerful way, and the community aspect has also been something I've really loved! I have connected to some beautiful like-minded and inspiring people through this course and I know we will continue to be in touch and continue inspiring each other! Thank you, Ajit, Coach Fran, Coach Johanna, Coach Sid, Vishen, and the entire Evercoach team for this beautiful experience!

My top three takeaways are: 1. Trust your intuition - that little voice inside of us wants to come out, wants to let us live our full expression and our desires, and if we allow it to guide us, we will become transformational coaches 2. Don't get too hung up on planning a session in advance - truly the best sessions I have had both as a coach and coachees are when I am in a flow state..this is where our genius comes to play and it was so beautiful to witness the impact in my clients as the right (and powerful) questions just came to me as I listened deeply to their story..literally "go with the flow" worked best for me. 3. Allow yourself to be vulnerable - the openness and vulnerability we bring to the session allow the client to get a feeling that it is ok to open up and be vulnerable too. It has been so powerful to see how whenever I start a session with a presenting exercise (visualization or meditation), the clients fully arrive in the moment and become so much more open and vulnerable.
