I have been a Life Coach since 2015 but had not really gotten any traction, had lost what traction I had when Covid hit (and I had to become the office manager).
I saw this program and decided I needed to level up. A couple of weeks ago we were talking about High Performers, and something Ajit said really stuck with me. He said that one of the keys was consistency and also blocking in proper time to focus and do the work. While getting my Ph.D. and then teaching nuclear physics for the Navy, I knew this, but I had somehow lost this concept.
I had tossed around an idea for a podcast for years, but was reluctant to do it due to many unfounded fears. With this program, I examined those fears, tossed them, and I have finally started implementing the idea.
I have three podcasts now available on YouTube and have prepared and planned to do two per week. The podcasts are a little raw, but I feel that lends them a sense of authenticity. The latest podcast organically ended up having me mention 3MIQ's as a strategy to help people. I am excited to do more and look forward to completing the program
